Data and purposes

We process business contact, account, organisation, consent, billing, monitor configuration, integration-key metadata, run-result, screenshot, support and security data to provide Formelynt, isolate workspaces, connect authorised plugins, perform checks, prevent misuse, bill subscriptions, diagnose faults and meet legal obligations.

Formelynt checks public pages in presence mode and does not submit forms. A failure screenshot can contain personal data that is already visible on the monitored public page.

The optional WordPress plugin contacts Formelynt only after an administrator enables it. It transmits its API key, the WordPress site URL, selected public page URLs, CSS selectors, monitor requests and manual-check requests. Formelynt returns account, verified-domain, monitor and result data to that authorised WordPress installation.

Providers and international processing

Fly.io, Inc. hosts the application, database and screenshots in Frankfurt, Germany. Stripe processes checkout, subscription and billing information. Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) sends verification and alert emails. Supporting account, security and delivery data may be processed outside Switzerland under the providers' contractual transfer safeguards.

Retention and security

Sessions expire after 30 days. Product data is kept while the account is active and is intended to remain available for export for 30 days after termination. Failure screenshots are retained according to the selected plan and operational cleanup. Billing records are retained as required by law. Passwords, session tokens, verification tokens and integration API keys are stored by Formelynt as hashes; transport is encrypted and tenant access is enforced server-side. The WordPress installation stores its issued API key locally until it is replaced or the plugin is uninstalled.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data delivery where applicable by emailing privacy@dali-ai.ch. If Formelynt processes data for a business customer, that customer remains the primary contact for affected people.

GDPR

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in a secure and reliable service, or consent for optional technologies. Formelynt does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
