Formelynt
Terms of Service
Version 1.1 · 26 July 2026 · B2B only
Provider and scope
Dali AI GmbH, Wassergrabe 4, 6210 Sursee, Switzerland, CHE-410.112.306, provides Formelynt to businesses and people acting for professional purposes. The selected order and these terms form the agreement.
Contract and account
A contract begins when Dali AI accepts your registration or order. You confirm that you can bind the named organisation. Each account is personal; your organisation is responsible for authorised users, connected installations, API keys and keeping its information current. Integration keys must be protected, limited to authorised systems and revoked when no longer needed.
Service
Formelynt checks configured public web pages in an automated browser. Presence checks can confirm configured controls at the time of a run, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted detection, successful delivery of an underlying submission, or the operation of downstream email, CRM or payment systems.
Authorised use
You may monitor only websites you own or are authorised to test. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with third-party systems, scan private networks, or store passwords, sensitive data or real form submissions in a monitor configuration.
Plans and payment
The checkout shows the plan, billing interval, price and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal and end after the current paid period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days before renewal.
Availability and support
Intervals are targets rather than guarantees. No specific availability or response time applies without a separate written SLA. Contact formelynt@dali-ai.ch.
Customer data and software rights
You retain rights in your monitor configurations and result data and permit Dali AI to process them to provide, secure and support Formelynt. Dali AI and its licensors retain all rights in the software. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Formelynt for your organisation during the subscription.
Warranty and liability
Alerts and results are working aids and do not replace your own testing, security, backup or incident processes. Dali AI remains fully liable where exclusion is unlawful, including unlawful intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited, where lawful, to direct foreseeable damage and the higher of CHF 500 or the fees paid in the previous twelve months.
Term, export and changes
Monthly plans may be cancelled for the end of the current month. Annual plans renew for twelve months unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. Available configuration and history data can be requested for export for 30 days after the contract ends, subject to legal retention and backup rotation. Material changes to these terms are announced before they take effect. If a material change disadvantages you, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Law and venue
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive venue is Sursee, Canton of Lucerne, where legally permitted.
